## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be separately issued.

FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024- 05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document and related enclosures. W912DR24Q0031 AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide Government Responses to the Request for Information (RFI) 2. Provide a revised Performance Work Statement dated 21 August 2024 which removes the Laurel, MD location as a requirement. The Proposal Submission Deadline remains 29 August 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
