## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-l(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division, Kansas City District intends to increase the maximum dollar value of the existing Pre-Placed Remedial Action Contract (PRAC), a multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract (Contract Numbers W912DQ20D3004 through W912DQ20D3012) by $20 million from $185 million to $205 million. There is no change to the contract’s scope or ordering periods.

The PRAC supports hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) remediation projects assigned to the USACE Northwestern Division (NWD) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2, including excavation, transportation, and disposal of hazardous, toxic, or low-level radiological waste, construction and operation of groundwater extraction and treatment systems, installation and operation of in situ treatment technologies, and other types of environmental remedial actions.

Increasing maximum dollar value of the PRAC will allow completion of the ongoing task order for remedial action at the Eighteen Mile Creek Superfund Site, Operable Units (OU) 1, OU2, and OU4, located in Nagara County, New York. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals.
