## Description

**Edit:** The PLA Survey has been added to the attachments below and also posted to SAM.gov as Title Project Labor Survey Contaminated Waste Plant LCAAP MO and Notice ID W912DQ25R7000. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District intends to solicit and award a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract for the new construction of a Contaminated Waste Plant at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) in Independence, Missouri. The Government proposes to issue a single firm-fixed price type contract for this project.
