COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ25QA028 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).Quotes are due by the date and time specified on page 1, in BOX 8.
