## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, requires construction services to renovate the HVAC system of Building 22 at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The Government will evaluate the performance capability of offerors in accordance with the criteria described in the solicitation and the contract will be awarded based upon a Best Value Trade-Off process. The solicitation will include a detailed list of Evaluation Factors and will provide instructions for Proposal Requirements and the Basis for Award.

This procurement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, Design Bid Build contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and perform all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
