## Description

Brand Name or Equal Items - USACE Kansas City District Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Audio Visual Refresh Install at the Bolling Federal Building, Missouri. UPDATED November 7, 2024 to publish the products/equipment list via attachment. This Sources Sought Notice is published in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI), requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions.

"PGI 206.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract under proposed Solicitation Number W912DQ25R4005, to include but is not limited to:

procurement and installation of the Brand Name or Equal products and equipment identified on the attachment contained here within. *This is not a Request for Proposal; however, contractors may respond with alternatives to the Brand Name or Equal products/equipment. Interested parties may also submit capabilities statements. All information furnished to USACE must be sent to christina.j.lawson@usace.army.mil and blake.a.davis@usace.army.mil, in writing and in sufficient detail, no later than November 21, 2024, 5:00pm. Central Standard Time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION.
