## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Janitorial services at Missouri River Area Office, in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations pertaining to the provided services.

The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the Administration Building and Maintenance (Shop) Building facilities in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with this PWS and the attached Daily Log. ?Clean and sanitary condition? is defined as being free of all particulate matter, film, spots, streaks, or removable stains. Glossy surfaces shall present a polished look free of water spots. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
