The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 27 September 2023 on the Federal website at SAM.gov. The general scope of the requirements will be to provide this design-bid-build (D-B-B) project will provide a visitor control center access drive and parking lot consisting of 350-stalls, sited to allow for expansion of up to 150 additional stalls in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA’s) West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program in St. Louis, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812930, (Parking Lots and Garages). The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The estimated performance period for completion of construction is 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
