## Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver potable water. The water source shall be any commercially available, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC)-approved source. Additionally, all delivery means, methods, and equipment shall be ADEC approved.
