## Description

Amendment 0001 has been added to the solicitation. The 413th Regional Contracting Office, Alaska has a requirement for Custodial Services on Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $22 million.

The Government is seeking a non-personal, Single-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright, in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
