## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01.

The resulting contract from this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. One award will be made from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation for criteria for award selection. Rental of 40' Refrigerated trailers in accordance with Attachment 1 - ELIN sheet inside of the highlighted area’s of Attachment 2 - General Location Map is needed on a indefinite quantity contract.

Task Orders will be used from this award, if need, for requirements throughout the year in the manner presented in Contract Data selection of W912D025R0005. Questions are due to christopher.e.taylor30.civ@army.mil at midnight AKST, December 6, 2024. Attachments are incorperated into final contract. Due to the Excel document, interested offerors shall inquire from chirsotpher.e.taylor30.civ@army.mil for a dropbox to place offical proposals into (DoD SAFE). Proposals will NOT be accepted through email. The incumbent is Weaver Brothers Inc.
