This Surveillance Monitoring System (SMS RADAR) system that is fed from the Federal Aviation Administration is used to help prevent ground to air accidents in the live fire training areas. 9th Degree has been the contractor for the past five years with proprietary equipment, and a link to the FAA-Egg Harbor, NJ FAARADAR hub. The NAICS code is 811210 and the Small Business Standard is $34 Million The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 20240729.
