These services are essential to maintaining secure and reliable communications for installation operations and first responders supporting Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps missions throughout the Indo-Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR). The proprietary nature of Motorola’s software, firmware, and diagnostic tools precludes third-party access and maintenance. Motorola maintains certified personnel and secure infrastructure across all required geographic areas. Justification: A Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in accordance with FAR 6.303 and will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305.
