## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Clarify the Performance work statement (PWS) 1.5.4.1 for concurrent Catholic Religious Education Services at two (2) Chapel locations. Update the Technical Evaluation Criteria on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to align with the clarified staffing requirement.

**Subfactor 2.1.C:** Staffing Plan/Organization Chart. Extend the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Due date to February 05, 2026 @1200 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
