## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide refuse service to the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) located at various Army Installations on the Big Island of Hawaii such as Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Kilauea Military Camp (KMC), and Kawaihae Dock (K-Dock).
