This requirement is to provide cable television programming with Command Channel (on-installation channel(s) for use by the installation), may include housing units in accordance with applicable United States Army and local regulations. Contractor shall be responsible to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and supervision necessary to install, maintain, repair, equipment pertinent to providing cable television (CATV) programming and commercial internet services. Potential sources must submit their capabilities in writing. The Capabilities Statement shall contain the Company's experience providing CATV and internet services within the past three years, unique capabilities and resources, and the Company's size status under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers.
