**30JAN24 UPDATE:** I have uploaded two attachments.

**Attachment:** "W912CN-24-Q-0519 - RFIs" details the customer's responses to contractor's requests for information.

**Attachment:** "MILSTD3004" - is the Department of Defense' Standard Practice for Quality Assurance for Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, and Related Products.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform M978 HEMTT fueler tank (x2) and M969A3 fuel disposal (x1) and purging as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Customer will be responsible for transportation of the equipment to and from the vendor’s facility.
