Services shall be performed in accordance with local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. The contractor shall provide personnel, management, and any other items and services not government furnished to perform recurring commercial telecommunication services to include new installations, modifications, relocations and termination of circuits and telephone lines on an as needed basis. The contractor shall engineer, design solutions, and perform installations in compliance with Department of Army Regulations, cited standards and guidance to accomplish the task. The process shall identify potential risks, difficulties, design strategies, technical solutions, evaluations, and cost estimates to mitigate or avoid. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents (when available) for further details related to this effort. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to monitor the www.sam.gov website for any changes to the solicitation and all amendments. Proposals must be submitted on or before the close date noted in the solicitation.
