This is a non-personal services contract to provide Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) for Army Family Housing (AFH) and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH), including inspections, cleaning, preparation for painting, interior painting, floor repair, limited grounds maintenance and replacement of defective housing items. A detailed work description is provided by the Housing Office to the Contractor for completion of the identified BOM work.
