**AMENDMENT 0003 September 2, 2025** This amendment addresses questions received from prospective offerors regarding Solicitation W912CM25QA015 for Tree Maintenance. Please see the Amendment 0003 for additional information. The closing Date remains the same. **AMENDMENT 0002 August 28, 2025** This Amendment extends the closing date for receipt of offers allowing the Government to respond to questions received from industry. The closing date is revised to 9 September 2025, 14:00 Central European Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. **AMENDMENT 00001 August 22, 2025

This amendment extends the closing date for receipt of offers. The original closing date of 1 September 2025, 14:00 Central European Time, is revised to 2 September 2025, 14:00 Central European Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. RFQ Orginal The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Tree Maintenance and Emergency Cutting Services at U.S Army Garrison (UASG) Wiesbaden, Germany.

The contract will consist of one (1) base year and one (1) option year. Proposed performance start date is on or about 22 September 2025. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov.
