## Description

The Regional Contracting Officer - Wiesbaden on behalf of the U.S. Army 66th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote to CHARON TECHNOLOGIES LLC, 13615 Duller Technology Drive Suite 100, Herndon, Virgina 20171-4603, UEI: ZHC4PH8HXKQ4, pursuat to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for SystemWare Signal Fly Handheld Spectrum Analyzer, which they are the only authorized reseller for this hardware and associated support.

The resultant contract shall be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price commercial contract utilizing FAR Part 13 streamlined procedures with a delivery date of sixty (60) days.
