## Description

**Update 15 March 2024:** It is anticipated to release the solicitation for this requirement on or around 22 March 2024. Please note the RFP draft has been revised. Please note, the RFP is still in DRAFT and is subject to change. A site visit is contemplated for 28 March 2024, however the exact site visit date will be announced within the released solicitation. The date of 28 March 2024 is subject to change.

The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract for custodial services for approximately 500,000 square meters of facility spaces within USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. Please review the attached DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP) W912CM24R0005 for this action. Please note, this RFP is not final and is subject to change.

The performance period for this effort will be one 12-month base period with four 12-month ordering periods. The Government anticipates release of solicitation W912CM24R0005 around 13 March 2024. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to the System for Award Management web site: https://sam.gov/SAM/. A onetime site visit is contemplated for this requirement after the solicitation has been posted. More details on the schedule will be included in the solicitation.
