## Description

The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) is intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services hybrid fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) type contract with Time and Material (T&M) Line Items for labor and materials to provide preventive maintenance (PM), density checks, hygienic inspections, on demand repair services and inventory and labeling of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Walk-In Refrigerators and Freezers within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.

The contract will consist of base period of 6 months plus 4-years ordering periods. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany shall comply with German Law. The contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess documents to work in Germany.

Site visit date has been organized for interested contractors and the date communicated in the solicitation (See RFP for more details). Interested contractors must inform Contracting office of their intent to attend in the Site visit and the list of buildings they would want to visit. This information is required for planning purposes. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to sam.gov. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.

Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can be downloaded from the website above. All dates are subject to change without notice. The PWS and all associated documentation are attached to this solicitation posting on the SAM website.
