The contract will consist of base period of 6 months plus 4-years ordering periods. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany shall comply with German Law. The contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess documents to work in Germany. Site visit date has been organized for interested contractors and the date communicated in the solicitation (See RFP for more details). Interested contractors must inform Contracting office of their intent to attend in the Site visit and the list of buildings they would want to visit. This information is required for planning purposes. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to sam.gov. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
