## Description

Amendment 0001, 19 March 2026 This amendment is issued to provide a response to a question received from a prospective offeror after the designated question period had ended.

**Question:** "We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services." Answer: This is not a new requirement. The services are currently being performed by an incumbent contractor under Contract No. W912CM-20-P-0013. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the closing date, remain unchanged

The Regional Contracting Office intends to competitively award a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract for the maintenance and repair of fire extinguishers for USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The Contractor shall furnish all employees, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, and transportation necessary to provide comprehensive fire extinguisher maintenance and repair services within the USAG Wiesbaden footprint. The contract will consist of a three (3) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award. Any amendments related to the RFQ will be posted to www.Sam.gov.
