## Description

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center – Americas, is seeking support for one (1) 30,000 BTUs Air Conditioning unit with required maintenance services to be provided at Teteron Barracks Medical Treatment facility (approximately 3,100 sq ft) in Port of Spain. Contractor shall provide Air Conditioning Unit with required maintenance services in addition to what is listed in the Performance Work Statement.

See attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement for all details and requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor employees and sub-contractor employees performing services under this contract are local nationals. Entry to Military bases by contractor with a out of country Visa will be denied. *FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.232-18*
