## Description

Amendment 0004 22July 2024

Technical Exhibit, Table 1 of the PWS has been changed to reflect 2 fewer pickup dates and change total bundles from 915 to 825.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide laundry services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Place of Performance for this requirement is Pozo Almonte, Chile. The Period of Performance is 17 August– 18 September 2024.
