The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. Interested parties may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Joel Celona, Contracting Officer, at joel.m.celona.mil@army.mil by 10:00 AM CST, September 18, 2024. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The determination not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
