The contract is planned to encompass a five-year duration, structured as five individual one-year priced ordering periods. To ensure we secure the most capable and innovative partner, we intend to pursue this acquisition through Full and Open Competition. The source selection process will be centered on a best-value tradeoff methodology. This means that while cost is a factor, our ultimate decision will be based on which proposal provides the most advantageous solution to the Government. As such, the award may not go to the offeror with the lowest price. Our strategy is to make a single award to the responsible offeror who can best fulfill the entirety of the program requirements.
