The purpose of this markey survey is to aid in the development of an acquisition strategy, identify the best of potential offerors, and gather information for planning purposes about capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-DTA ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government. No telephone responses will be accepted. This request is a Market Survey and is issued soley for information and planning purposes.
