## Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY to request information for Government planning purposes only.

The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) and Project Management Office Stryker Brigade Combat Team (PMO SBCT) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses, for preventative maintenance, basic logistic support, equipment repair, on-site training, and engineering services of the Stryker Family of Vehicles Reconfigurable Desktop Trainers (SRDTs) and kits.

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research Survey will assist ACC-DTA in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The Government does not currently possess the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the SRDTs. This Sources Sought Notice seeks information on RDT services that enable the effectiveness and engagement of soldier training exercises utilizing the current Stryker FoVs, ultimately leading to improved training outcomes.

PM SBCT continuously conducts market research in accordance with FAR 10.002(b)(2) to determine whether other capabilities of industry can be used to fulfill its lifecycle requirements and to ensure its acquisition methods obtain the best value for the Government. Market surveys and requests for information are part of an ongoing initiative with industry to better understand current capabilities that may be of interest to PM SBCT.

**NOTE:** All survey input is voluntary, and no compensation will be made for your firm’s participation. Since this is a Sources Sought Notice, and not a solicitation for receipt of proposals or quotations, the Government does not encourage questions concerning this market research. Furthermore, the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A. Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited.
