Solicitation:W912CH-25-R-0104 Amendment 0001.

1. The purpose of this Amendment is to:

**Section I:**

a) Add FAR clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, due to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) effective 01 February 2026.

b) Update FAR clause 52.244-6, Subcontracts for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, due to the RFO effective 01 February 2026.
