The lack of pertinent technical data available to the Government precludes competitive re-procurement, making Vigor the sole viable option. The resulting contract will be a five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract, with an estimated total of 380,493 hours to be procured over the contract's life. Proposals are due by April 21, 2025.
