## Description

This procurement is for the Buffer Block Assembly Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Asenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source, 1-Year, Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy w/100% option contract for the estimated supplies specified in the schedule. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized for the period specified in the schedule. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition.
