Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email no later than March 5, 2025, by 5:00 PM EST to the Contract Specialist (diana.jones47.civ@army.mil) and cc the Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission -W912CH-24-Q-0004 (company name).
