## Description

Notice of solicitation for procurement through Army CHESS IT MART on RFQ # 494962. This action is for the renewal of Thermo Calc software licenses, upgrades, and maintenance support via a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

**NOTE:** The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable for all items. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification, or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. Contract is for base and 2 option years.
