The Government intends to award approximately fifteen (15) contracts to small businesses, as this is a 100% small business set-aside. This is an estimate only. The Government reserves the right to vary the number of awards depending on the number of responsive proposals submitted. The Government also reserves the right to utilize an on-ramping process approximately two-and-one-half (2.5) years into the MATOC ordering period if needed to maintain an optimal mix of prime contractors. These tasks are typical projects performed in a variety of trades including carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, exterior electrical, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, telecommunications, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry and welding.
