There is a continuous need for a broad range of complex design-build and design-bid-build construction projects to support real property sustainment, restoration, modernization, repair, and minor construction of buildings, structures, and other real property at DTA as well as SANGB locations that are currently occupied by DTA tenant organizations. These tasks are typical projects performed in a variety of trades including: carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, exterior electrical, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, telecommunications, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, and welding. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The period of performance will consist of five 12-month Ordering Periods. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type MATOC. The anticipated issue date for the RFP is on or about 06 December 2024, with an anticipated date for receipt of proposals on or about 06 January 2025.
