It prevents the LWBE from sliding forward due to the force of air and rounds passing through the tube during firing, protecting the tube from damage. The collar ensures the LWBE remains securely in place for proper operation. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses.
