## Description

Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a ten-year Cost Plus Fixed Fee requirements contract to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CAGE Code 98247) which will be subcontracted the Original Equipment Manufacturer General Dynamics Land Systems – Canada (GDLS-C). This future requirement is in support of the Program Management Office Light Armored Vehicles (PMO LAV) and Saudi Arabia Management Office (SAMO) for System Technical Support services.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. GDLS-C is the only known qualified source to perform this effort. The Solicitation shall be released in the near future with an anticipated contract award date of no later than 20 April 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
