## Description

In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FA R) Part 19.8, and the executed Partner ship Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA ) and the Department of the Army, the Government intends to award this action as a Section 8(a) Direct Award.
