This UCA award was issued on a sole source basis to Loc Performance Products LLC in accordance with 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1), Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This UCA focuses on the first delivery order which has a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) value of $107,473,018.00 and authorizes the contractor to begin production of 183,542 each (EA) T158LL Track. Award under these undefinitized terms and conditions will enable the program to avoid a break in production while the parties work towards establishing firm scope and negotiate definitive pricing. The First Ordering Period CLIN was established as part of this UCA and shall be modified to establish pricing at time of final definitization.
