The Government intends to award a new five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) performance based contract, sole sourced to the prime contractor of the Maneuver Support Vessel (Light) (MSV(L)), Vigor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by electronically submitting a capability statement to the contract specialist pursuant to FAR 5.207(c)(16). The subject line of email submissions must read, \"RFP W912CH-25-R-0044\". The maximum size of capability statements shall not exceed 3.5 megabytes. Hard copy responses will not be accepted.
