Diving Services IDIQ, Tulsa District. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV26RA002, for Diving Services IDIQ, Tulsa District.
