## Description

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the ordering of Record Title Evidence, Abstract Updates, and other Title Services. Six contracts were awarded with a shared capacity of $900,000 for a five year base with no options.

The work under this MATOC is primarily in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Air Force Real Estate Project Management Program, which is responsible for acquiring real property interests on behalf of United States Air Force facilities nationwide, and this contract may also include Interagency Services and Civil Works projects assigned to USACE. Contract capacity may be shared with other USACE geographic districts.
