Installation of the Sheergard Electromagnetic Antenna Room Window System allows for protection and concealment of sensitive radar and communication systems that are compatible with existing systems. Duplicating the exact equipment ensures seamless operation without compromising security and integrity. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00AM Central Standard Time on 08 June 2025 to brian.j.welch@usace.army.mil.
