The Software Integration Lab will be constructed within Building 9201 which uses York Chillers. Installation of the York Chillers allows for a lower condenser water temperature to increase electrical efficiency during cool weather. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00AM Central Standard Time on 25 February 2025 to brian.j.welch@usace.army.mil.
