## Description

The RFP for this project is expected to be issued on or about 04 April 2025. The Proposal due date is planned on or about, 04 May 2025. The North American Industry Code Standard (NAICS) is NAICS 237990 “Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction”, with a $45,000,000.00 size standard. The planned procurement method is contracting by Best Value Trade Off (BVTO).
