## Description

Eufaula Lake Project office HVAC replacement. The work required under this specification provides for the install of a new 15-ton packaged heat pump with electric aux. heat. The unit needs to be 208/230/3 phase set to with VFD at medium drive. Will need to have 40K Electric heater kit for 208/230/3 phase. Will also need to include a hail guard along with a manual fresh air damper and thermostat. The contractor will need to remove and discard the existing unit.
