Facility will consist of masonrycavity wall construction with metal roof and a foundation consisting of grade beams and drilled piers supporting aone-way structural slab. Spaces include administrative area, visitation/training room, waiting area, a day room, andoutdoor recreation area. Site improvements at approximately 50,000 square feet total include security fencing, arealighting, parking, and sidewalks. Project includes all utilities, detection/protection features, security enhancements,and other supporting work necessary to make a complete and useable facility.
