A total of 27 TLIs shall be replaced. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Quotations will be evaluated on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agencys need), price, and paster performance. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offerors shall submit their quotes no later than 1400 EST on 26 March 2026 as follows: The Offerors quote shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as described below. The Offerors quote shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in bids is prohibited. NOTE: The only authorized transmission method to this solicitation is electronically via PIEE Solicitation Module online submission.
